Shipping & Shop Policies

All items are typically shipped between 1-5 days after being ordered and all have 1-4 day delivery guarantee after being shipped. Every order comes with insurance as well. Once I have shipped the item(s), I am no longer responsible for their condition.

Made-to-order items can take anywhere from 1-14 days to complete and ship out.

I assure that all items are sent in the condition they are pictured in. Each order is packaged very securely with love and attention!

Returns are not accepted as I cannot be sure the item will be returned in the same condition it was sent. I am a small business. I hope you understand! 

However, I understand that handmade pieces are fragile. If your product for any reason is damaged within 30 days of purchasing, you may contact me and I will mail you a return slip free of charge. I will then repair your piece and ship it back to you!
