Thank you for supporting a small, intentionally run jewelry studio. Every piece is handcrafted with care, ethically sourced materials, and deep attention to detail.
Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–4 business days, depending on location.
All packages include shipping insurance for added protection during transit.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order designs require additional creation time and may take 1–14 business days to complete before shipping.
If you need your piece by a specific date, please email nataliecollins@zenmind.co before placing your order.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Each piece is packaged securely with care and intention to ensure it arrives safely.
All items are photographed accurately and sent in the condition shown. Because every gemstone is unique, slight natural variations in stone color or pattern are part of their beauty.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Zen Mind Crystals is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
However, all orders include shipping insurance. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim and determine next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
As a small business, I am unable to guarantee that returned items have been handled in a condition suitable for resale. Thank you for your understanding.
Repair Policy (30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee)
Handmade jewelry is delicate and meant to be worn with care.
If your piece becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase due to craftsmanship issues, please contact nataliecollins@zenmind.co.
• You will be provided with a prepaid return label.
• Your piece will be repaired at no charge.
• It will be carefully shipped back to you.
After 30 days, repair services may still be available for a small fee depending on the nature of the damage.

Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Zen Mind Crystals, each private wire wrapping experience is thoughtfully prepared with curated gemstone selections and materials reserved specifically for your group.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may transfer the deposit to a future available date within 90 days.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-transferable due to material preparation and scheduling commitments.
Guest Changes
If a guest cannot attend, they are welcome to send someone in their place.
Minimum Requirement
A minimum of 4 guests is required.
If fewer than 4 guests attend, the host may:
• Pay the difference to meet the minimum
OR
• Reschedule to a later date.
